The posters provide vital information on what VTE is, the signs of DVT and PE, and when to order an urgent consult for each. By clearly outlining these guidelines, the project aims to empower health care providers and caregivers to recognize symptoms early and take swift action, ultimately preventing unnecessary deaths.
